are many and diverse experiences that, by using the potential offered by the audiovisual media, have produced documentation and social policy, creato movimenti attivi e dinamici, contribuito alla crescita di istanze e rivendicazioni, fatto informazione artigianalmente, dal basso.
Ora questo mutevole e complesso movimento capace di produrre nuove ®esistenze sembra in una fase di stallo, per tanti motivi: perché sotto lo scacco di leggi più restrittive sulla diffusione dei materiali, perché i movimenti alternativi e radicali vivono una fase di riflusso, perché incapaci di reinventarsi e riadattarsi ai nuovi veicoli di diffusione in rete dei contenuti, come YouTube!
Proponiamo una riflessione per ricostruire le esperienze che si sono prodotte finora, quali le opzioni sul campo al momento e come poterle impiegare e, possibilmente, sviluppare per sostenere movimenti reali e modificare l’esistente a partire dalla nostra realtà locale.
